How do I get the discount?
You show the business your myMemorial Total Rewards Market Card that is issued to you through your department manager or the Human Resources department. If you need a card or need to replace your card please contact Kristi Kim in your Human Resources department.

How many times can I use the incentives?
You can use them as often as you want through September 2010.

Do I need to print out the ad?
No, you do not need to print it out the ad.

Can I use this discount with other discounts?
In most cases, no; however, you can ask at the time of your purchase.

I would like to offer discounts/incentives to the Team Members of Memorial Health, Inc. How can I participate?
Contact Matthew Petersen with Fortibus Marketing at 843.277.0103 and he will walk you through our quick and easy sign up process.

How do I receive or replace my Rewards Card?
It’s easy if you did not receive your Rewards Card or need to replace your card please contact your department manager or Kristi Kim in your Human Resources Department they have extra copies on hand.  

I did not receive my copy of the myMemorial Total Rewards Market Newsletter, how can I get a copy?
Please contact your department manager or Kristi Kim in your Human Resources Department they receive extra copies and will be happy to give you a copy.

Can my family members receive the same discounts I do through this program?
Yes, almost all companies are happy to receive you and your family’s business by extending the discount/incentive to family members . However please keep in mind that some companies may have certain restrictions that apply. Just let your family borrow your Rewards Card to show the company at the time of purchase, but don’t forget to get it back for yourself.
